Made by Viking Husqvarna in Sweden back in the 70’s, this DARK RED 6460 was the one of their top-of-the-line machines from their 6000 Series which started in the 50’s and culminated with this great example of the quality sewing machines that Viking Husqvarna was producing back then. This is a zig-zag style sewing machine with a few built-in stitches & buttonholer. Adjustable stitch width and length. This comes with the pull-out knob “2-speed motor” that cuts down the speed by 1/5 normal for details slow stitching. But the best part about this machine is that you can switch out the color coded cams for different stitches. Just turn the dials to the color code of the stitch you want & you’re all set.
