Gorgeous carry case for pastels. Filled with partial Vintage Rembrandt soft pastels. I’m not sure on if this homeade or not. Has lock latches and what appears to be metal. Parts (that can be removed) that can be used on a stand or table of some. The name on plaque is the same of nearby artist but I cant confirm if this was his or a brand. Obvious wear and marks from age/use but functional. Measures 20 x 34.
